Upper Iowa University Team Camps (High School Varsity and Junior Varsity) A GREAT WAY TO GET YOUR TEAM READY FOR THE SEASON! Teams participate in practice sessions, drills and scrimmages led by experienced college coaches.
Topics for sessions can be decided upon by you the Coach or you can have us implement parts of our program including topics from our preseason training camp and full season training program! We will help your team improve with anything from team shape to fitness! It's all up to you! Let us help you get the most out of your team!
